All Rise
Through its four divisions, the Treatment Court Institute, Impaired Driving Solutions, Justice for Vets, and the Center for Advancing Justice, All Rise provides training and technical assistance at the local, state, and national levels, advocates for federal and state funding, and collaborates with public and private entities. All Rise works in every U.S. state and territory and in countries throughout the world. All Rise was founded in 1994 as the National Association of Drug Court Professionals and is a 501(c)3 nonprofit.
Center for Effective Public Policy (CEPP)
CEPP is working to create a world where justice enhances well-being for all. To accomplish this, CEPP partners with teams from local, state, and tribal jurisdictions to improve their systems of justice and advance community well-being. CEPP promotes research-informed and emerging promising practices and facilitates systemic and sustainable change.
Jails and Justice Support Center (JJSC)
The Jails and Justice Support Center (JJSC) assists jails in creating and sustaining safe, humane, and effective environments for their populations, including incarcerated individuals, staff, and visitors. The JJSC engages directly with jurisdictions in the delivery of training and technical assistance on the identified core topics. In addition to providing technical assistance and resources for jails, the JJS also serves as a hub for other federally funded programs and resources.
Institute for Intergovernmental Research (IIR)
The Institute for Intergovernmental Research (IIR) is a Florida-based nonprofit corporation consisting of a highly experienced team of professionals equipped with the knowledge and ability to respond to the needs of criminal justice agencies across the country. IIR has a 47-year history of successfully administering numerous nationally recognized programs that are designed to positively impact local, state, and federal law enforcement and criminal justice agencies.
Legislative Analysis and Public Policy Association (LAPPA)
Based in Washington D.C., and led by and comprised of experienced attorneys, the Legislative Analysis and Public Policy Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to conduct legal and legislative research and analysis and draft legislation on effective law and policy in the areas of public safety and health, substance use disorders, and the criminal justice system.
Major County Sheriffs of America (MCSA)
The Major County Sheriffs of America is a professional law enforcement association of the largest Sheriff's offices across the country, serving more than one-third of the United States population. Our membership is comprised of Sheriff’s Offices serving counties with a population of 400,000 or more and employing 700+ personnel.
National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children
Since the 1990s, NADEC’s mission has been focused on providing needed help, hope, and support to drug-endangered children and their communities. As a trauma-informed organization, NADEC realizes the widespread impact of trauma and understands that there are many paths to recovery depending on each situation. NADEC trains staff, DEC alliances, and partners to recognize the signs and symptoms of substance misuse-related trauma, then respond appropriately.
National Center for State Courts (NCSC)
The National Center for State Courts (NSSC), founded in 1971, is a non-profit organization that promotes justice through leadership and service at the state court and local levels. This is accomplished through knowledge and information exchange to assist in making decisions that improve services while ensuring judicial administration that supports fair and impartial decision-making.
National Criminal Justice Association (NCJA)
The National Criminal Justice Association (NCJA) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, non-partisan, member association dedicated to assisting criminal justice agencies in the development and implementation of effective criminal justice policy. Our members represent all facets of the criminal and juvenile justice community, including law enforcement, corrections, prosecution, defense, courts, victim and witness services, and academics, as well as elected officials.
National Sheriffs’ Association (NSA)
The National Sheriffs’ Association (NSA) is a not-for-profit organization with more than 13,000 members that represents the 3,081 Sheriffs’ Offices in the United States, as well as the interests of all law enforcement and other public safety professionals. Chartered in 1940, and headquartered in Alexandria, VA, NSA has been providing law enforcement, correctional, and other public safety related training and technical assistance for over 80 years, in fulfillment of its mission to support and enhance the professionalism of those whose job it is to serve and protect.
Opioid Response Network (ORN)
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s State Opioid Response/ Tribal Opioid Response – Technical Assistance program is led by the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry in collaboration with a large national coalition. This coalition forms the Opioid Response Network to provide free training and education to address opioid, stimulant, and all substance use disorders.
RTI International
RTI International is an independent, nonprofit research institute dedicated to improving the human condition. RTI combines scientific rigor and technical expertise in social and laboratory sciences, engineering, and international development to deliver solutions to the critical needs of clients worldwide. RTI uses multidisciplinary research to combat the costs of opioid use disorder and has worked over 30 years with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration to help reduce the impact of substance use disorder and mental illness on America’s communities.
Small and Rural Law Enforcement Executives Association (SRLEEA)
The Small & Rural Law Enforcement Executives Association (SRLEEA) is the only 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated solely to supporting and promoting law enforcement executives and agencies that serve small, rural & tribal communities across America. SRLEEA is dedicated to the support and promotion of efficient law enforcement and to the protection and security of small, rural & tribal communities.
