Our Story
Founded in 2020, Rulo Strategies is a small, woman-owned business devoted to developing and supporting partnerships that tackle our nation’s toughest criminal justice and behavioral health challenges. Over the past five years, Rulo Strategies has expanded its expertise and reach, evolving to address increasingly complex challenges. Since our founding, we have partnered with individuals and teams from 32 states.
At Rulo Strategies, we believe the most transformative solutions emerge where perspectives and disciplines intersect. Our name is inspired by the Reuleaux triangle, that distinctive shape created at the overlap of three or more circles in a Venn diagram. It symbolizes the powerful space where ideas connect and collaboration thrives. Just as John Venn’s timeless diagram illustrates the value of common ground, Rulo Strategies exists to help organizations harness their collective strength.
