Implementation

From roadmap to rollout, we’re with you every step.

Planning and implementation are both essential, but they’re two distinct processes. Even with a strong roadmap, agencies working at the intersection of criminal justice and behavioral health often struggle to navigate real-world constraints, build internal capacity, and maintain momentum through complex rollouts.

Incorporating peer recovery support into treatment courts

In 2023, Rulo Strategies partnered with All Rise to develop practice guidelines for treatment court professionals interested in successfully integrating peer recovery support specialists into the treatment court setting. These guidelines support various stages of implementation, including planning, implementation, and maintenance. They apply to adult drug treatment courts, impaired driving treatment courts, hybrid courts, opioid intervention courts, veterans treatment courts, and co-occurring courts.
