Culture of buy-in
Mentees who visit SCORE Jail will see leadership that has created a culture of buy-in at all levels, including security staff, healthcare staff, and programming staff.

Whole Person Care
This mentor site stresses Whole Person Care when approaching its programming models. This includes bringing numerous partners into the facility for in-reach and then connecting program participants with those same partners in the community for continuity of care.

Regional partnerships
Mentees will also see a network of partners in the region and how to build customized networks of service providers that will serve the unique needs of the incarcerated population.
