The Rulo Strategies team brings together expertise in the behavioral health and public safety sectors to help shape and support the development of regional, state, and community-based responses to the substance use epidemic. Our team has developed, deployed, and facilitated multiple cross-sector initiatives designed to scale up treatment and recovery efforts. Our staff has directed projects in hundreds of communities across the nation, having worked in 21 states. As road warriors, we have a firsthand view of program planning implementation under a variety of political and economic conditions with diverse staff and clients.
